These General Conditions apply to all the services offered by BODEGAS TRIGA, COOP.V. on this website. These General Conditions shall be in force for all the services offered, and may be modified without prior notice. Changes shall not affect purchases already made up to that time. <\/p>\n

Formalization of the Purchase<\/strong><\/p>\n

Through the reservation process, the client can include a wine tourism service and the available extras. Once the selection is completed, the customer will proceed to fill in the personal data required to complete the last step of payment. The payment details are not stored on this site; their management corresponds to the financial institution (Redsys or Bizum). <\/p>\n

Before proceeding with the payment, it is important to read carefully the particular conditions of each service, where the conditions of cancellation and modification of the purchase are indicated.<\/p>\n

Modification and\/or Cancellation of Purchase<\/strong><\/p>\n

The cancellation or modification process allows you to change the date of the experience or reduce the number of reserved places at no cost, as long as it is done within the established deadline. To increase the number of places, a new reservation must be made. <\/p>\n

If the reduction of seats leads to a financial refund, this will be automatically credited to your Bizum card or service.<\/p>\n

General Conditions of Purchase in Regala<\/strong><\/p>\n

The services purchased to give wine tourism experiences as a gift are subject to the right of non-withdrawal. No changes or refunds are allowed in the purchase. Date changes are allowed subject to availability. <\/p>\n

In the event that BODEGAS TRIGA, COOP.V. is unable to provide the service, BODEGAS TRIGA, COOP.V. shall refund all or part of the amount paid. This is without prejudice to any claims that may be made in accordance with the applicable regulations. <\/p>\n

Conditions for Reservations Acquired through the Website<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reservations purchased online will have the same value as if they had been purchased physically at the winery. Users will be able to: <\/p>\n

Print your tickets and present them during the visit.<\/p>\n

Download the PDF file to your cell phone and show it at the entrance.<\/p>\n

Download tickets in Passbook format.<\/p>\n

Incidents with the Ticketing Service<\/p>\n

Any incident related to the reservation or purchase system must be notified to the following e-mail address: info@rcviticultor.com.<\/p>\n

Modifications in the Conditions and in the Web<\/strong><\/p>\n

WINERIES TRIGA, COOP.V. reserves the right to modify the conditions, the Web and the services provided at any time without prior notice. This includes changing, deleting or adding content and services, or suspending the operation of the Website temporarily or permanently. <\/p>\n

Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>\n

The texts and graphic elements of the Portal are the exclusive property of BODEGAS TRIGA, COOP.V. or are used under agreements with third parties. The trade names, trademarks and logos are protected by the legislation in force. <\/p>\n
