These General Conditions shall be in force for all the services offered, and may be modified without prior notice, and the changes shall not affect the purchases already made up to that moment.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Formalization of the Purchase<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through the reservation process the client can include a wine tourism service and the extras if any. Once the selection is completed, the purchase will continue with the completion of the personal data (depending on each service) in order to complete the last step of payment. The payment data are not stored on this site so they are the responsibility of the financial institution that manages them (redsys or Bizum). Before proceeding with the payment, please remember to read carefully the particular conditions of each service where the individual conditions of cancellation and modification of the purchase are indicated at all times.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Modification and\/or cancellation of the Purchase<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through the cancellation or modification process you can change the date of the experience or reduce the number of reserved places (at no cost as long as it is within the established deadline). You will not be able to increase the number of places, for that you will have to make another reservation. If the reduction of places involves economic refund this will be done automatically on your card or Bizum service.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>General conditions of purchase at regala<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have purchased our service of giving wine tourism experiences or have received a gift, you should know that by default&nbsp;regala is subject to the&nbsp; right of NO withdrawal. No changes or refunds are allowed in the purchase. For any change in dates the system allows you to make all those you want as long as there is availability. However, in the event that BODEGAS RAFA CA\u00d1IZARES VITICULTOR does not provide the service, it will refund all or part of the amount paid for the purchase, in the event that the reservation at the winery is not possible within the initially foreseen deadlines. All this without prejudice to the claims that may be applicable in accordance with the applicable civil and commercial regulations.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conditions for reservations purchased through our website<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reservations or single day and time tickets purchased in accordance with the provisions of this document and that the user receives by e-mail, will have the same value as if they had been purchased physically at the winery.
