General Conditions of Purchase

These General Conditions shall apply to all the wine tourism services offered by BODEGAS RAFA CAÑIZARES VITICULTOR. on this website. These General Conditions shall be in force for all the services offered, and may be modified without prior notice, and the changes shall not affect the purchases already made up to that moment.

Formalization of the Purchase

Through the reservation process the client can include a wine tourism service and the extras if any. Once the selection is completed, the purchase will continue with the completion of the personal data (depending on each service) in order to complete the last step of payment. The payment data are not stored on this site so they are the responsibility of the financial institution that manages them (redsys or Bizum). Before proceeding with the payment, please remember to read carefully the particular conditions of each service where the individual conditions of cancellation and modification of the purchase are indicated at all times.

Modification and/or cancellation of the Purchase

Through the cancellation or modification process you can change the date of the experience or reduce the number of reserved places (at no cost as long as it is within the established deadline). You will not be able to increase the number of places, for that you will have to make another reservation. If the reduction of places involves economic refund this will be done automatically on your card or Bizum service.

General conditions of purchase at regala

If you have purchased our service of giving wine tourism experiences or have received a gift, you should know that by default regala is subject to the  right of NO withdrawal. No changes or refunds are allowed in the purchase. For any change in dates the system allows you to make all those you want as long as there is availability. However, in the event that BODEGAS RAFA CAÑIZARES VITICULTOR does not provide the service, it will refund all or part of the amount paid for the purchase, in the event that the reservation at the winery is not possible within the initially foreseen deadlines. All this without prejudice to the claims that may be applicable in accordance with the applicable civil and commercial regulations.

Conditions for reservations purchased through our website

Reservations or single day and time tickets purchased in accordance with the provisions of this document and that the user receives by e-mail, will have the same value as if they had been purchased physically at the winery. The user of the Web will be able to:

• Print your tickets and bring them with you on your visit.
• Download to your mobile device the .pdf file you receive by e-mail and show them at the entrance of the winery.
• Download the tickets you receive in your email in passbook format.

Incidents with the ticketing service

Any incident related to the use and operation of the reservation / purchase and gift system must be notified to the e-mail address info@bodegasvolver.com.

Modifications in the terms and conditions and in the web site

BODEGAS RAFA CAÑIZARES VITICULTOR  reserves the right to make the modifications it deems appropriate to these conditions, the Website and the services provided at any time without prior notice. Consequently, BODEGAS RAFA CAÑIZARES VITICULTOR  may change, delete or add both the contents and the services provided through the Website, as well as the form of presentation or location of the Website, even temporarily or permanently suspending its operation.

Intellectual Property

The texts (information, concepts, opinions and other similar) and graphic elements (design, logos, source code and other similar) that make up the Portal and are disseminated through it, as well as its presentation and assembly, are the exclusive property of BODEGAS RAFA CAÑIZARES VITICULTOR or it holds the exploitation rights of these through agreements with third parties. All the commercial names, brands or distinctive signs, logos, symbols, mixed, figurative or nominative brands that appear in this Portal belong to BODEGAS RAFA CAÑIZARES VITICULTOR or it has, with prior authorization, the right to use them and they are protected by the legislation in force in this regard. The visualization, printing and downloading (in any case partial content of the website) is only authorized if it is done for personal and private use, without commercial purposes.
