By making a purchase through this website, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions. WINERIES TRIGA, COOP.V. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice. The applicable terms and conditions shall be those in effect at the time of purchase.
1. Purchase Process
When making a purchase on our website, the customer must select the desired products and follow the payment process. Before finalizing the purchase, the customer must accept these Terms and Conditions by explicit consent.
2. Shipping Policy
Shipping Cost: Shipments have a cost of 10 euros. Free shipping for orders over 50 euros.
Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days from confirmation of payment.
Shipping Area: We ship only within mainland Spain.
3. Return and Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal
According to Spanish legislation (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without justification.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal: To exercise this right, the customer must send an email to info@rcviticultor.com indicating its decision to withdraw from the contract. A withdrawal form will be provided if the customer requires it.
Return Conditions
The products must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. The customer must assume the direct costs of return. Once received the products and checked their condition, we will proceed to refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the return.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
No returns of products that have been unsealed or tampered with will be accepted, except in case of product defect.
4. Cancellations
Order cancellations are possible as long as the order has not left the warehouse. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@rcviticultor.com.
