This wine is made from three selected vineyards, each with a unique personality. Macabeo and Moscatel, varieties native to the Mediterranean, are combined with the international Chardonnay. The vineyards are located in the Alto Vinalopó region, known for its calcareous soils that provide freshness and minerality. Each variety is harvested at its optimum ripeness, following a staggered harvest calendar. The Chardonnay, grown in a sandy soil plot, is harvested first as it is the earliest variety. Next, almost simultaneously, the Macabeo and Moscatel are harvested, which share the calcareous soils typical of this region. This process ensures that each grape brings its maximum expression to the final wine.
