Rafa Cañizares Sauvignon Blanc

The plot where this wine is born is a unique Sauvignon blanc vineyard located in a privileged enclave in the Alto Vinalopó region, near the protected natural area of El Puntal de Salinas. It has a marked limestone character, its climate is Mediterranean with a slight continental influence and receives a slight contribution of humidity from the Levante wind to help withstand the low rainfall in the area. In order to obtain grapes in excellent health and ripening conditions, traditional viticulture is carried out with low yields, where quality is rewarded over quantity.
