General Conditions of Purchase
These General Conditions shall apply to all the services offered by BODEGAS TRIGA, COOP.V. on this website. These General Conditions shall be in force for all the services offered, and may be modified without prior notice, and the changes shall not affect purchases already made up to that time.
Formalization of the Purchase
Through the reservation process, the client can include a wine tourism service and the extras if any. Once the selection is completed, the purchase will continue with the completion of the personal data (depending on each service) in order to complete the last step of payment. The payment data are not stored on this site, so they are the responsibility of the financial institution that manages them (redsys or Bizum). Before proceeding with the payment, remember to read carefully the particular conditions of each service where the individual conditions of cancellation and modification of the purchase are indicated at all times.
Modification and/or cancellation of the Purchase
Through the cancellation or modification process, you may change the date of the experience or reduce the number of reserved places (at no cost, as long as it is within the established time limit). You will not be able to increase the number of places; in order to do so, you will have to make another reservation. If the reduction of places entails a financial refund, this will be made automatically to your card or Bizum service.
General conditions of purchase at regala
If you have purchased our service of giving wine tourism experiences as a gift or have received a gift, you should know that by default the gift is subject to the right of non-withdrawal. No changes or refunds are allowed in the purchase. For any change in dates, the system allows you to make as many changes as you wish as long as there is availability. However, should BODEGAS TRIGA, COOP.V. fail to provide the service, a full or partial refund of the amount paid for the purchase shall be made, in the event that the reservation at the winery is not possible within the dates initially planned. All of the above without prejudice to any claims that may be applicable in accordance with the applicable civil and commercial regulations.

Reservations or single day and time tickets purchased in accordance with the provisions of this document and that the user receives by e-mail, will have the same value as if they had been purchased physically at the winery. The user of the Web will be able to:

WINERIES TRIGA, COOP.V. reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate to these terms and conditions, the Web and the services provided at any time without prior notice. Consequently, BODEGAS TRIGA, COOP.V. may change, delete or add both the contents and the services provided through the Web, as well as the form of presentation or location of the Web, even temporarily or permanently suspending the operation of the same.

The texts (information, concepts, opinions and the like) and graphic elements (design, logos, source code and the like) that make up the Portal and are disseminated through it, as well as their presentation and assembly, are the exclusive property of BODEGAS TRIGA, COOP.V. or it holds the rights to exploit them through agreements with third parties.
