Vineyard
The grapes come from selected Moscatel de Alejandría vineyards, located in areas close to the Mediterranean Sea within the Alicante PDO. The warm climate and sea breezes allow a slow ripening that enhances aromatic concentration and maintains a balanced acidity. The sandy and limestone soils bring freshness and elegance to the wine. The grapes are harvested by hand, selecting only the bunches at optimum ripeness to preserve varietal purity.
Winemaking
After manual harvesting, the grapes undergo cold maceration for a brief period to extract the primary aromas characteristic of Muscat of Alexandria. Next, the fermentation is stopped naturally, thus preserving the grape’s own sugars. This process, carried out with precision and respect for the raw material, results in a wine of great aromatic expressiveness and balance between sweetness and freshness.
